Dr. Raul D. Perez graduated as a General Practitioner in 1984 from Colegio Odontologico Colombiano and furthered his education, as the president and valedictorian of his class, at DeLa Salle Bajio University. Completing the International Dentist Program there, he embarked on a journey of excellence in dentistry.

With decades of experience and a commitment to ongoing education, Dr. Perez has mastered his skills in oral surgery, endodontics, implants, and prosthodontics. His extensive background allows him to comprehensively address the needs of each patient. Before establishing WhiteCrest Smart Dentistry in Grover Beach, he served communities in Santa Maria, Temecula, and Redding.

Dr. Perez’s approach to dentistry has always been centered around the well-being and honest care for his patients, providing them with the exceptional attention and care they deserve. Passionate about serving Grover Beach, Five Cities, and the Central Coast community, he is grateful to call this beautiful region home.
